a wonderful stay
convenient location beautiful garden helpful staff
i found the location very convenient near the tube station and major roads. the garden area offers a beautiful and tranquil escape. staff members were always helpful and pleasant, so i felt comfortable. i appreciated the hotel's well-designed interiors, they gave the rooms a sophisticated touch.
the room was tiny and i found the air conditioning to be insufficient.

Excellent Stay at a Kensington Gem
clean room nice linen tasty breakfast
My twin room was very clean. I liked the linen. The Le Labo products were nice. Breakfast each day was tasty. I ate a light breakfast and coffee. A nice coffee shop was near. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was the best in Earls Court.
The elevator has a key card authorization box, but it is not set up. Front desk said the hotel is safe.

i found the hotel had a neat designer style. the staff at reception were very accommodating and friendly. the location is great with the tube nearby. breakfast offered high quality ingredients and tasty options

beautiful garden creative drink bright lobby warm smile
The hotel has a beautiful garden. I enjoyed a creative drink from the bar there. The lobby was bright and cute. Lucy, the manager, greeted us with a warm smile. I instantly felt at home.
The room temperature could have been warmer. I felt a draft coming through the closed windows.
